From the time I bought my first manufactured house to the time I sold it I have been so thankful to have April along with for the journey. My journey was made so much easier and less stressful thanks to her. Also a shout out to Jeff who was always willing to communicate with me and for always providing the extra assistance when I would be gone for extended periods of time throughout my Army career. As a park manager he went beyond his job description and always treated me like a neighbor.

We had a great experience with Flummerfelt Homes.
We purchased a modular home to put on our acreage.
April was exceptional in making sure everything was ordered exactly how we envisioned. We met with her almost weekly and her patience with all of our questions and changes was appreciated. We were able to customize several areas to our needs.
Robert and his team were efficient and got us into our house quickly after it was set on the foundation.
We highly recommend Flummerfelt homes if you are looking for a well built, beautiful home.

We are so very pleased with The Four Seasons Park in Ames, a very safe and clean community! The lot rent is cheaper than Huxley and offers access to a lovely pool and spacious club house where we have entertained. We’d give an over all ten out of ten!

As a coming 20 year old starting college, I needed somewhere to call home. I found a cute home on Facebook and messaged April. Meeting up with April to tour the house was nothing less than amazing. She treated me like an adult, didn’t give me the “you’re just a kid”. I am so excited to start this new adventure of owning a home! Mr. Flummerfelt I got to chat with for a bit, he is very nice and professional at what he does. April is just fantastic at what she does! But overall have had a fantastic experience! Now just waiting on the house to finish up! If you are even considering doing business with these guys, I would! Do not hesitate!

Admittedly, I wasn’t sure that a “trailer park” was for me. I had a lot of preconceived notions and was judgmental. When I recently found myself needing to quickly search for housing, I remembered a friend telling me how much they liked living in Flummerfelt’s Four Seasons park in Ames. I drove through the park and saw that not only was it safe and well maintained, but also that homeowners take great pride in their homes and many are beautifully landscaped. It certainly didn’t feel like the old trailer park image that existed in my mind. Additionally, Mike, April & Jeff and the rest of the Flummerfelt team have been a joy to work with. Mike was kind and willing to go the extra mile to help me get in to my home. April patiently answered all of my questions and was always upfront and honest. She helped me navigate the purchasing process, including securing financing with ease. Jeff takes great care to make sure the parks he manages are well maintained and safe. He deserves a special shout out for the pool maintenance! I’ve been in my home for about 6 months and I love where I live and would recommend this affordable housing option to anyone!

We have lived in Four Seasons Mobile Home Park for 10 years. We were the 3rd mobile home in the park when we first moved here. We love our quiet community.
